Gotta love the Onion! But on a serious note, I do think that people are sharing too much of their lives with Facebook, Twitter, Geo-Location and yes, even Google.
I doubt that one of these companies will turn into an evil corrupt corporation, but I do think some nefarious group will exploit the data contained w/in those companies and do something “bad.” But maybe that’s just me being paranoid.
On a lesser “evil” slant – I do think that companies will continue to rely on social networks to vet candidates and a good percentage of job seekers will get turned down due to various aspects of “oversharing” on the internet.
