What’s a Kindle? It’s an electronic book reader produced by Amazon.
Anyone who travels several times per month (and likes to read) should seriously consider investing in this device. It holds 1500 books and is smaller and lighter than some paperbacks.

Are textbooks available for Kindle? It might be the one thing that finally convinces me to buy one. The tower of books I bought for a class last semester reminded me how truly painful (literally) school was, and it just seems like such a natural evolution. Until then, I confess I’m happy to keep dragging books on trips with me. I’m a sucker for a hardback.

I know…I said that for months before finally caving in and trying it. Now I absolutely love it (as does the rest of our family!). I recommend just trying it out when you can & then decide whether it could take the place of your beloved hardbacks.
Also, I’m happy to say, Missives, that rumors are swirling around – suggesting that the next version of Kindle (expected to be released relatively soon) will be bigger and include textbooks!
