Well, in an act that demonstrates sheer self-control, we’ve purchased a Wii in October but haven’t opened it YET, opting to wait for Christmas. As we’ve not owned a game console previously (well, not in 15 years), our 13 & 6 y.o. will be most pleased.
However, we have no favorite game, altho the oldest would probably call his Tony Hawk on his DS his fav, so I’ll offer that.

definitely tetris, it’s old but good and it never gets boring. tetris was definitely an early indication of the quality of nintendo games!
Wow, what great timing! After years of PC gaming, I’m finally stepping back into the console realm. “The kids” are getting a Wii this year and this game would be a great addition.

Definitely Animal Crossings City Folk for Wii. I’ve got a teenager and a five year old and they both love it (five year old doesn’t necessarily know what the characters are saying!). Great giveaway!

Favorite of the whole gang, or at least the most of us.. Tiger Woods Golf for Wii. The boys still play loads of Hero for the PS2, but I have admitted that I will never beat them so I stick to the golf now where I am still competitive.

Well, my children will be receiving a Wii for Christmas and we are very excited!
Santa just got a Wii and Wii Action Challenge because it was on sale in Amazon and had good reviews.
But nothing will be opened until XMAS.
