Just a Little Distracted…

September 2, 2008 by MomentsMom

My apologies to my readers.

I haven’t posted according to my regular schedule, first due to vacation, then the hectic frenzy required to get the kids ready to get back to school (posts on that coming soon), but most of all, due to my preoccupation with something I never intended to talk about on my blog.

If you’re curious, it has to do with my guest post on another blog (which is all about the topic that I don’t discuss on this blog).

But, I suggest you read things like this or this or this or even this which I’d say are all interesting articles. It’s just too extraordinary not to follow. You know what I mean?

Thanks for your patience.

While you’re waiting, you could watch the following video…

…and then I will try not to bring it up again.*

*Well, except perhaps to explain, that, as the dust has settled, it seems that the GOP’s impulsive, irrational, risky, unvetted choice was a political ploy to get the HRC voters (didn’t work) and to attract the far right, ultra conservative, anti-choice, evangelical women. Hmmmm….do they think that either group is naive enough to fall for it?  What happened to protecting our country? Hoo boy…is it possible that Sen. McCain is a risk taking, gambling man who impulsively makes decisions while ignoring the suggestions of his advisors. If so, does that make you feel safe?

Well, I guess it’s finally been proven. You and I do share a brain. I posted the very same clip this morning, because it had to be some of the funniest five minutes of political TV I’ve seen in ages.

I’ve been loving your guest posts. I think you’re missing your calling by leaving all the political chatter to RKR.
